Please use the same form for the Team VIP as you would for an individual VIP, but follow these specific steps to register as one team:

- Name: Instead of the player's information, enter the [Team Name] and add "Team VIP" on that same line.

- Jersey Number: Enter the total number of players

- Position: Enter "All"

Please note that Team VIP cost is calculated per player and is for the full team only.
